Cindy Charlton has joined Rudman Wink Associates, as a leadership and organizational instructor and executive coach. With more than twenty years’ experience in corporate training and executive coaching for many different organizations, she has earned the moniker ‘Relationship Sage;’ she incisively gets to the ‘heart’ in matters of team and individual communication. A psychologist who understands the complexities of the workplace, this communication expert reads situations extremely well and transforms even the most troubled teams and individuals back to a productive mode in record time.
Bringing a combination of formal education in psychology, education, and executive coaching, Cindy is equally appreciative of and fascinated by all facets of human behavior. Her clients represent an impressive cohort of corporate and government leaders and teams who strive to impact with authenticity. Collaborative and compassionate, Cindy is steadfast in her commitment to inspire clients to tell their truth and communicate their vision with purpose and clarity. A successful solopreneur providing coaching and training services since 1993, Cindy narrows her mission down to a clear message: “I transform relationships in the workplace.” Whether coaching, teaching, or facilitating, Cindy’s natural laser focus is trusted by clients to provide an objective, logical process that improves communication and relationships.
Earlier in her career, Cindy’s aptitude, creativity, and resourcefulness landed her roles specializing in relationships. Her titles included Manager of Executive Placement and Recruitment, Personnel Manager for Dillard’s Department Stores, and Recruiting and Training Manager for Maritz, Inc. Cindy also opened and operated the Christian Hospital Women’s Center during her seven-year tenure at Barnes-Jewish-Christian Health System in St. Louis, Missouri.
Cindy holds an MA in Clinical Psychology from Central Michigan University and a BS in Education and Psychology from the University of Michigan. She is a fully licensed Psychologist in the State of Missouri and is certified as an Executive Coach from the College of Executive Coaching and holds the ACC credential from the International Coach Federation. She is also a certified coach for the Hogan Performance Predictor and the Tilt Leadership Predictor. She is currently a member of the International Coach Federation, Institute of Coaching Professional Association, American Psychological Association, Missouri Psychological Association, and St. Louis Psychological Association.
Cindy is actively involved with the Lifeplan Institute’s mentoring program, engaging the hearts and mind of teens to own and shape their strategies for life. To unwind and recharge, Cindy seeks activities involving all types of exercise, especially yoga and golf, reading, spending time enjoying her family and friends, and traveling to visit her son and daughter-in-law.
