Strengths Coaching

Our Gallup-certified strengths coach, Robin Wink, is an experienced federal government manager and excels in one-on-one team and leader coaching using the Clifton StrengthsFinder® to maximize talents and create true strengths, rather than focus on employee weaknesses. Executive Coaching

We are proud to partner with long-time Executive Coach Cindy Charlton to offer intensive executive one-on-one coaching services for our customers. Whether you are an executive, senior manager, or supervisor, Cindy will partner with you to create a confidential, solution-focused approach that will identify goals, a process, and a plan to empower leaders to attain those goals. Cindy is a seasoned coach with many years’ experience coaching business and government leaders of all levels. She is certified as an Executive Coach from the College of Executive Coaching, and she is a member of the International Coach Federation, certified at the PCC level. Individual Assessments

We also offer individual assessments to complement our coaching. We offer Gallup’s Clifton StrengthsFinder® for our Strengths Coaching for teams and leaders. Additionally, we offer the Hogan Suite of Assessments, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, DiSC profile, and 360 Feedback Surveys and Team Assessments. Using assessments to begin a coaching engagement ensures that outcomes are fully tailored to meet both the individual’s, team’s and organization’s needs. Assessments assist organizations to promote targeted continuous learning and development. Employees and managers can use the assessment results to outline development activities that link to the organization’s mission and strategies.
