Robin S. Wink has over twenty-five years’ experience in management and legal representation and brings expertise in these areas to public speaking and executive education programs. She has been a frequent lecturer at the Brookings Institution and has taught seminars at many federal Agencies throughout the country. She has presented to national audiences at FDR, the HR/EEO Federal Workplace Conference, and through CyberFeds audio conferences. Ms. Wink is a Strengths Coach, certified by Gallup to provide Strengths-based team and leadership training as well as individual Strengths Coaching.

Robin retired from the Federal Government after twenty-six years of distinguished service in several federal Agencies including the U.S. Air Force. Prior to her retirement, she served as Assistant Chief Counsel for Administrative Litigation at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in the Department of Homeland Security. In this role, she supervised a team of twenty-three attorneys who defended federal personnel cases before the EEOC and the MSPB. She was recognized for her leadership in this role with the Office of Chief Counsel Gold Medal Award.

Prior to joining TSA, Robin served as an Attorney Advisor with the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys in the Department of Justice (DOJ). While at DOJ, she defended U.S. Attorneys’ Offices in federal personnel cases before the MSPB and the EEOC. She was also a frequent lecturer at the Department of Justice’s National Advocacy Center, teaching courses in federal personnel law as well as ethics and professional responsibility for Attorneys.

Robin is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserves. During her military career, she served as an Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) for more than fifteen years on active duty and in the reserves. Prior to attending law school, Robin was an Air Force Air Traffic Control Operations Officer where she directed the operations of a regional air traffic control radar facility and control tower with responsibilities for three thousand square miles of airspace, five senior staff members, and sixty air traffic controllers.

Robin graduated from the United States Air Force Academy, with military distinction, and she received a Juris Doctor, with academic distinction, from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia as well as the United States Supreme Court.
